Seasonal offers cannot be combined with member pricing or other discounts. Members may use offer pricing or member pricing — whichever is more favourable to you.
We ask for 24 hours' notice on any change. Packages are non-refundable once begun, but unused sessions remain valid for 12 months and are transferable within immediate family.
All treatments are subject to suitability assessment at consultation. Dr. Jay reserves the right to decline or modify any package where it is not clinically appropriate. In that case, any deposit is refunded in full.
We accept major international cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay and bank transfer. Tourist VAT refund is available — please request the form before payment.
